How it works

  • Contact us to arrange an initial consultation, including a brief outline of the project. During the initial consultation, we will discuss the scope and requirements of your project to establish a brief and estimate of costings and timelines
  • A detailed agreement is prepared and sent to you for review before work proceeds. We know how important it is that you feel comfortable during the design process, so we make sure to tailor costs to the budget agreed at the outset.

Interior Architecture

Includes floor plan and layout and spatial planning, furniture layouts, lighting plans. Bathroom layouts and design. Kitchen layout and finishing selection consultation All finish selections including: flooring throughout, sanitary wear, tile selection, internal door style, ironmongery, staircase and fireplace, joinery, architrave. Final paint and wallpaper schedule. Site visit walk-through with architect, builder and contractor.

Interior Design

Includes furniture layouts, lighting plan furniture and concept mood boards. Fabric schemes and selections for upholstery, cushions and curtains Rugs, carpet, decorative lighting, accessories. Joinery design drawings: wall panelling, bespoke vanities, wall units etc. Paint and wallpaper schedule.
